DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Delivery
All products should be delivered to your doorstep within 5-10 days from the date of order.
For orders to be delivered outside India, the delivery can take up to 20 days, depending on the location. To place your order, please drop us an email at taramiraonline@gmail.com with the details of the products that you are interested in or alternately, you can leave us a message on instagram @taramiraonline or you could place your order through another website. Return Policy
We offer a 10 day return policy for our kids clothes and home linen. This implies that returns will be considered within 10 days from the date of delivery to you. For a product to be considered for returns it must fulfill the following requirements-

It must be unused and unwashed.

All the original tags, labels and packaging need to be intact. Items without these will not be considered for returns.

Returns are considered only if the garment is damaged or has a quality defect when you receive it.
You are required to inform us within a day of receiving the order. Once we receive the returned product from your end, a quality check will be performed on the product to verify it. Please do not accept any order if the seal is broken at the time of delivery as we will not be able accept these if returned. In case we receive a return which does not fall into the above stated requirements, the product will be sent back to you at your cost.
After a return is accepted, you can choose another garment of the same value or more. Unfortunately, at this point, we will not be able to offer refunds. So please check the size charts before purchasing the products.
Considering the handmade nature of some of our products, we request you to be sensitive towards the crafts and make room in your hearts for a certain level of probable human error.
To initiate a return please send us an email at reachus@taramira.net. Please share the order number, product name or code, size, date of purchase and reason for return in the email.
Refunds and Cancellations
You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, which is the time normally taken to dispatch the product from our end. Once the order has been dispatched, it will be tough to cancel it and you will need to return it to us (as per the steps mentioned in the Return policy section). To cancel an order please email us at taramiraonline@gmail.com with the details of the order (order no. as well as the product that you wish to cancel from the order).
In case of a return or order cancellation, a refund will be generated within 7 to 10 days.
